A six-storey multi-family apartment building located in the heart of New York City’s Chinatown. The building is located on a small parcel of land situated across a City public park.

Facing south and with no obstruction due to the park, the façade was conceived as a grand kinetic louver that morphs every day into a different composition. A clean grid superstructure from ground to roof level offers full height window-wall at the primary façade, outfitted with exterior mechanized horizontal sliding louvers in a traditional dark red color; an homage to the building’s location in Chinatown.
