Raffael Juth has lived and worked as an architect in New York City for over 20 years. Born and raised in Zurich Switzerland, he brings a worldly mindset to each project and ensures that a holistic approach is employed from design to execution. His experience includes everything from small jewel-box type installations to large high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects. Raffael provides a full range of services from site feasibility studies, planning, design services and construction administration. He prides himself on communication to ensure each task is transparent to all involved for successful execution. His passions are traveling, cooking and tennis.
Chi-Chung Leung has over two decades of experience ranging from small-scale interior to large-scale ground-up projects. He is a strong believer of great ideas generating from the collaboration of all project participants including the client, end-users, designers, consultants, building officials, and the contractors. He is interested in sustainable design and development projects as design-build ventures and wants to be part of the solution of the affordable housing crisis in major cities. He has shaped his life by living on different continents in order to learn new cultures and a better understanding of architecture’s impact. He has called NYC his home for half his life because of its synergy, complexity, and diversity. Chi's interests are hitting the gym, biking, playing guitar or Erhu.
