175 Remsen Street

The project is the storefront and facade replacement at the pedestrian level on a Landmarked post-modern building erected in 1962. The design was informed from the existing curtainwall of the upper floors and the main building entrance, carrying the datum lines up & down and across in a solution that harks back to the original feel of the building.
